An evening with Sanjeev Bikhchandani (

Dear Members and friends:

We are privileged to host Sanjeev Bikhchandani, one of India’s most successful entrepreneurs of the past two decades, tomorrow (Thursday April 4th) evening. The event will feature a Talk, followed by discussion with Sanjeev Bikhchandani.

After graduating from St. Stephen’s College and IIM-Ahmedabad, Sanjeev worked briefly with GlaxoSmithKline (marketing Horlicks) before establishing two companies (with a partner) – Indmark (specializing in pharma trademarks) and Info Edge (producing salary surveys and reports). When he separated from his partner in 1993, Sanjeev took Info Edge and converted it into an online jobs portal ( and Quadrangle (an offline executive search business). After Info Edge went public with an IPO in 2006 (the year after he was a finalist in the E&Y Entrepreneur of the year award) the stock jumped 85% on its debut. The company, particularly the job portal, has gone from strength to strength, and Sanjeev Bikhchandani is now an inspirational mentor to other young start-ups in India.
