India Club hosts the launch of Salil Tripathi’s “The Colonel who would not repent”

The India Club, Singapore is delighted to host the local launch of Salil Tripathi’s ” The Colonel Who Would Not Repent: The Bangladesh War and its Unquiet Legacy".

Salil Tripathi lived in Singapore for nearly a decade as the Singapore correspondent of the esteemed (and now much lamented) Far Eastern Economic Review. He has also worked for other journals such as India Today and Asia Inc., has written for the Wall Street Journal, the Guardian, New Yorker, New Republic and Washington Post, and is currently a columnist for Mint and Caravan, among others.

Salil graduated from Sydenham College, Bombay, and received an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of BUSINESS at Dartmouth, and is an authority in the area of Business and Human Rights. His writing has won a Bastiat Prize and the Citibank Pan Asia Journalism Award.
